Owners provide a verified email and organization profile. Respondents provide a score and optional comment. Names and emails are not collected from respondents. Avoid sensitive personal information in comments.

Purpose and access

Feedback supplies analytics to the surveying organization. Each workspace accesses only its own data. Controller and processor responsibilities need legal review.

Storage and retention

Local mode stores data on your computer. AWS uses one chosen region with CloudFront for static delivery. Confirm the region and AWS/Stripe subprocessor terms. Finalize retention and deletion deadlines before launch.

Rights and deletion

Owners can export feedback on eligible plans and request deletion after confirming ownership. Respondent requests should go to the surveying organization. Backup retention and international transfers require approval.
